Product designer and front-end architect. Jeremy shapes the product vision and user experience — from the grouping algorithm design to the Planner dashboard to the Rider SMS flow. After years of watching companies spend thousands on uncoordinated airport rides for corporate events, he built SeatMax to solve a problem hiding in plain sight.

Mr. Backend. Andrei handles the technical heavy lifting — infrastructure, API integrations, database architecture, and the kind of deep troubleshooting that keeps everything running smoothly. When something breaks at 2 AM or a third-party API changes its contract, Andrei is the one who fixes it.

Tracks flights in real time
We pull live arrival data from multiple flight APIs, monitor for delays, and automatically adjust vehicle assignments when things change.
Groups by terminal and time
Travelers landing at the same airport within the same time window are grouped together. Adjacent terminals share a zone so nearby arrivals can ride together.
Optimizes vehicle mix
Our algorithm picks the best combination of UberX (4 seats) and UberXL (6 seats) to minimize total cost while keeping wait times short.
Notifies everyone automatically
Ride assignments are sent via Slack DM, email, or SMS. Travelers see their vehicle, captain, and co-riders — no app download required.

SeatMax works with every major US and Canadian airport — JFK, LAX, ORD, SFO, DEN, MIA, YYZ, YVR, and dozens more. Multi-airport metro areas (like Chicago ORD + MDW or New York JFK + EWR + LGA) are handled natively.
